Simply insert either the Blue or Pink Confetti packages for a Boy or Girl. Using a funnel (not included) to insert the confetti is easiest. Place the confetti into a bowl, separate the pieces and then place the pieces through a funnel which you place in the neck of the balloon. There will be enough in the package to fill your balloon. Please note that there will be some non usable pieces. Then inflate the balloon with air to use for hanging from the ceiling, or attach to a centerpiece, balloon sticks or pole. Or use helium for the balloon to float. Then attach the included ribbons, Pink and Blue. At the shower burst the balloon and the colored confetti will come out and announce the gender of the baby! Care must be taken to inflate the balloon CAREFULLY and slowly to avoid bursting from over inflation. I would recommend an air inflator as blowing by the mouth may be hard. I will NOT responsible for refunding for an occasion when over inflation occurs and the balloon bursts. The balloon is high quality made by Qualatex. The question marks are printed in white and appear all around the black balloon. All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality from the manufacturer, Qualatex. The balloon will be repackaged in a plain resealable bag. But please be assured these are BRAND NEW! They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall or attach balloon sticks.
